As we are a hotel that provides the service for people who comes to visit and worship Anuradhapura sacred city there are some terms and conditions available to be agreed upon.
- The hotel restaurant will not serve any kind of meat or fish with the meals. (Eggs are there). If you need, you can bring cooked meat or fish from outside and our staff will facilitate you to have it.
- Taking liquor and smoking in common areas is prohibited.
- No parties are allowed.
- Checking after 2. p.m Checkout before 12 noon (If you need any early checking and late checkout please do inform us). For unauthorized checkout will be charged 1500 LKR for an hour.
- Restaurant opening time is 6. 30 AM and closing time is 9.45 PM.
- Rooms are not available for day outings and short-term seekers.
- (FYI) As we are close to a paddy field, some harmless flies and small frogs can be found outdoors and rarely in barth rooms.
- Any kind of damage you made to the hotel property, needs to be settled with the current market rate during your checkout.
- Parking in a hotel car park is at your own risk.
- No refund will be made for any kind of cancellations. (Date change will be accepted)
- Hotel reserve the right to penalize your stay without prior notice for any kind of misconduct or misbehavior noticed.
